Returns, refunds and cancelled orders.

Our return policy

We want you to be happy with your order and we are committed to ensuring that every purchase results in a happy customer. Since everything here at Postergross is made by hand, there is a risk of human error. Usually this is discovered in our quality control and everything is sorted out before your order even has time to ship, but in rare cases something may slip through and then all you have to do is contact us. See below how to do it:

If there is something wrong with a product, you can return it within 14 days. Contact our customer service using the contact form and provide your name or order number.

A customer service representative will then help you through the returns process, which can often be made easier if you provide a picture of the defect (and a description of the problem) in an email to our customer service.

  • In many cases, a refund can be made as soon as the error has been confirmed via email.
  • If the fault cannot be confirmed over the phone or email, you may need to return the product to us so we can inspect it.
  • We can then make an assessment regarding the condition of the product.
  • Please do not return products to Postergross (Nordicbase Ltd) without contacting our customer service first.

We may ask you to review the terms and conditions you accepted when purchasing. These terms and conditions are always available on the website.
 

Please note that we work under these conditions:

  • Goods without defects: We cannot accept returns of goods that are not defective.
  • Faulty goods: To return goods that are faulty, you must first contact our customer service via the contact form. Please send written notification and return the product to Postergross (Nordicbase Ltd) (see the 'Contact us' page for the address).

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but we may choose to refund these costs after the product in question has been inspected. If the fault is on our part, we will refund the shipping cost.
Only when we have received the item will Postergross (Nordicbase Ltd) replace or offer a refund for a broken or faulty item.

Please note: If the defect is due to a manufacturing defect, Postergross will cover all return costs. If it is a minor defect, we may suggest another form of compensation.
 

Our refund policy


When you place an order with Postergross through one of our brands, you are not just buying a product, but also a service. We manufacture and tailor each product by hand, to order, so when we start production, we have already invested in the ink, transfer paper, materials and working time for your specific order. This means that if you wish to cancel your order after production has begun, we will not be able to offer a full refund. Other options will be discussed with you and it is possible that you may be able to receive a partial refund. A representative from our customer service team will be able to provide further advice.

We will always be able to help you, no matter what. Contact our fantastic customer service team and speak to them if you have any concerns about your order, whether before or after production has begun.

After you receive your goods - We want you to be happy with your order, and if for some reason you are not, we want you to get in touch. We really appreciate all feedback.

Since all Postergross products are handmade, we treat each order individually. We do everything we can to find solutions to problems and situations because it is very important to us that you are satisfied.

If you would like to contact us regarding a problem within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us via the contact form and include your order number, a short description and some pictures. Our customer service will usually respond to you within 12 hours.
 

Our return and refund policy

You have the right to cancel your contract regarding the purchase of a non-personalized product, if you notify us at the latest within 14 days after you received the product. You must return the unused product to us within 14 days after you notify us of the cancellation and you must pay the return shipping for the non-personalized product to our specified address.

In the unlikely event that it is due to a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or replaced at no extra charge. Manufacturing defects include scratches on the product, the manufacturer determines what falls under manufacturing defects.

CANCELLED ORDERS

Within 30 minutes - We wait 30 minutes after you place your order before we start manufacturing it. Within these 30 minutes, you are welcome to contact us if you want to change anything in your order or if you have changed your mind. If you have any questions about your order or any doubts about your design, please feel free to contact our friendly customer service team using the contact form. They will be happy to help you and may offer a full refund.

After 30 minutes - We make all products by hand, as soon as we start manufacturing we have already invested in the paint, transfer paper, materials and labor for your particular order. This means that if you want to cancel your order after 30 minutes, we will charge a mandatory fee of 20%.
